We at Ronaldsons would like to extend our good wishes to you all, and we hope you and your family members remain safe and well. 

With regard to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) situation, we are committed to delivering our service as effectively and safely as possible.  Our primary concern is the health and well-being of our staff, clients and professional contacts. 

To ensure the safety of our staff and our clients, we have reduced human contact for the time being, so please ensure you make arrangements with us before coming to our offices. With this in mind we have facilities in place for all of our staff to work remotely.  Therefore we are now operating the office on a skeleton crew so the business can work seamlessly, but the office door is closed to the public.  Only those with a scheduled appointment or a pre-arranged delivery or collection will be admitted into the building for the time being.  We will regrettably decline any offer of handshake. 

We are limiting our face to face attendances to a minimum, making these communications via video or telephone calls.  We will continue to follow the government guidelines and will have regular contact with the courts and other professional bodies in respect of hearings or appointments so, rest assured, we are doing everything we can to keep abreast of all matters.   

The most effective form of written communication at this time will be email.  All staff have access to their email accounts, and our case management system, so communication with all parties during your matter will continue to operate as usual.
