There’s a lot of paperwork. But we’ve got it sorted.
Since the 70s, divorce has been on a paperwork basis (its not as dry as it sounds, honest). This means that a person applying for a divorce must base it on one of the following reasons: adultery, unreasonable behaviour, 2 years’ desertion, 2 years’ separation with consent or 5 years’ separation without it.
Since 1995, we’ve been ploughing through the paperwork on behalf of our clients. So give us a call, come in for a 30 minute appointment and we can talk you through it all (and our fixed fee rates).
