Richard Ronaldson is Managing Director, founder of the firm in 1995 and team leader of the Family Department at Ronaldsons. He was born in Norwich.

Richard graduated with a degree in law from Warwick University in 1978. He undertook his training contract in Norwich at Cozens-Hardy & Jewson. He qualified in 1982.

In the early stages of his career Richard had a mixed practice and worked in criminal law, family law, civil litigation and conveyancing. However, by the time he founded the practice he specialised in family law and has continued to do so.

A substantial area of practice is financial settlements on divorce.

Another substantial area of practice is dealing with disputes regarding child arrangements. Where matters go to court, it is only rarely that he is not the advocate representing the client.

Other areas of law include cohabitation finance, family injunctions, law of property disputes, child maintenance and Inheritance Act claims.
